  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all relevant regulatory requirements and ensure Northrop Grumman's compliance with them.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any potential compliance issues and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliant processes and procedures.
  4. Keep up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and communicate any updates to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Provide guidance and support to other teams on regulatory compliance matters.
  6. Review and analyze internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  7. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
  8. Serve as the primary point of contact for all regulatory compliance inquiries and requests.
  9. Conduct training sessions to educate employees on regulatory compliance and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  10. Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the company's compliance practices.
  11. Stay current on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements to enhance compliance.
  12. Communicate any potential compliance risks to senior management and provide mitigation strategies.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance activities.
  14. Represent the company in regulatory compliance audits and inspections.
  15. Ensure all compliance-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials, are updated and readily accessible.
  16. Collaborate with external compliance consultants and legal counsel as needed.
  17. Adhere to ethical standards and promote a culture of ethical behavior within the organization.
  18. Participate in relevant industry conferences and events to stay informed and share knowledge about regulatory compliance trends and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In The Aerospace And Defense Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Standards, Including Itar, Ear, And Far.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail To Identify Compliance Risks And Develop Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders And Communicate Compliance Requirements.
