- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all relevant regulatory requirements and ensure Northrop Grumman's compliance with them.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any potential compliance issues and provide recommendations for corrective action.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance activities.
- Represent the company in regulatory compliance audits and inspections.
- Ensure all compliance-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials, are updated and readily accessible.
- Collaborate with external compliance consultants and legal counsel as needed.
- Adhere to ethical standards and promote a culture of ethical behavior within the organization.
- Participate in relevant industry conferences and events to stay informed and share knowledge about regulatory compliance trends and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In The Aerospace And Defense Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Standards, Including Itar, Ear, And Far.
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail To Identify Compliance Risks And Develop Effective Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders And Communicate Compliance Requirements.
