  1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability for our products and services.
  2. Manage and lead a team of quality engineers to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards and specifications for new products and processes.
  4. Conduct thorough quality audits and inspections to identify and address any potential issues or non-conformities.
  5. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  6. Communicate quality metrics and performance to senior leadership and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in quality engineering to continuously improve processes and stay ahead of competitors.
  8. Train and mentor junior quality engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in the field.
  9. Utilize problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques to resolve quality issues and prevent reoccurrences.
  10. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to quality control.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In A Quality Engineering Role, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Position.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Standards, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100.

  • Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Quality Control Methods.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Quality Engineers.
