  1. Lead and manage the quality engineering team to ensure that all products and services meet or exceed quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement quality processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality engineering to ensure the company remains at the forefront of quality practices.
  6. Train and mentor team members on quality engineering best practices and procedures.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
  8. Investigate and resolve any quality issues or complaints from customers.
  9. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  10. Communicate quality performance and progress to senior management.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
  12. Drive a culture of quality and excellence throughout the organization.
  13. Lead by example and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  14. Contribute to the development of new products and processes with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of aerospace and defense systems and their quality requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Quality Management Or Process Improvement.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Quality Engineering Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Systems And Standards, Such As As9100 Or Iso 9001, And Experience Implementing And Maintaining Them.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Quality Engineers.

  • Experience In Leading And Executing Root Cause Analysis And Corrective Actions, As Well As Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives Across The Organization.
