- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Conduct thorough product and process inspections to identify potential areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective actions.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations to determine the source of quality issues and develop effective corrective and preventative actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
- Develop and maintain quality standards and specifications for products and processes, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
- Train and educate team members on quality control processes and procedures, and ensure adherence to established standards.
- Participate in supplier quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
- Serve as a technical expert on quality engineering principles, tools, and techniques, and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality engineering, and identify opportunities to implement new technologies or processes.
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization, and serve as a role model for best practices and quality standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Quality Engineering, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role
Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Systems And Standards (Such As Iso 9001 And As9100)
Demonstrated Experience Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives And Implementing Quality Processes
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
