Develop and implement industrial engineering projects to improve efficiency and productivity in the company's operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans that align with company goals and objectives.
Utilize expertise in industrial engineering principles and practices to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Conduct data analysis and utilize statistical methods to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Create detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
Communicate project updates, status, and results to stakeholders and senior management.
Coach and mentor junior industrial engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in industrial engineering.
Ensure compliance with all company and industry regulations and standards.
Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment needed for project implementation.
Participate in company-wide initiatives and provide insights and recommendations to improve overall performance.
Act as a subject matter expert in industrial engineering and provide guidance and support to other team members.

Job Qualifications

Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Process Improvement Methodologies.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Project Management And Industrial Engineering In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Environment.
Experience In Managing Large-Scale Projects, Including Resource Allocation And Budgeting, To Meet Strict Timelines And Deliver Quality Results.
