  1. Develop and maintain program plans and schedules for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
  3. Conduct regular analysis and assessment of project schedules to identify potential risks, issues, and opportunities for optimization.
  4. Provide guidance and support to project teams in the development of project plans and schedules.
  5. Communicate schedule changes and updates to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Participate in project reviews to ensure compliance with project schedules and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Utilize scheduling tools and software to create and maintain accurate and comprehensive project schedules.
  8. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the schedule.
  9. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for program planning and scheduling processes.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on program planning and scheduling best practices.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in program planning and scheduling methodologies.
  12. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in project budgeting and resource planning.
  13. Participate in proposal development and review to ensure feasibility and accuracy of program plans and schedules.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while performing job duties.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of program planning and scheduling processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Planning And Scheduling, Preferably In A Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Project Management Principles And Techniques, Including Earned Value Management (Evm) And Critical Path Method (Cpm).

  • Proficiency In Using Scheduling Software Such As Microsoft Project Or Primavera P6.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data To Senior Management.
