  1. Develop and maintain program cost and schedule control plans to ensure accurate and timely analysis of project performance.
  2. Monitor and analyze program budget and schedule data, identifying variances and potential risks.
  3. Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders on project status, budget, and schedule.
  4. Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project baselines and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  5. Conduct cost and schedule assessments and make recommendations for cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements.
  6. Manage and maintain program cost and schedule databases and systems.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project data.
  8. Identify and communicate potential issues and risks that may impact project cost and schedule.
  9. Develop and implement corrective action plans to address variances and mitigate risks.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in project cost and schedule control.
  11. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  12. Act as a liaison between project teams and finance department to ensure accurate project cost tracking and reporting.
  13. Participate in program reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Support proposal development by providing cost and schedule estimates and analysis.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Cost And Schedule Control, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry

  • Proficient In Cost Estimating And Scheduling Software, Such As Costpoint And Microsoft Project

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Discrepancies In Cost And Schedule Data

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Cost And Schedule Information To Senior Management.
