- Lead the development of advanced power electronics systems for aerospace and defense applications.
- Design, develop, and test power electronics components and systems to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of power electronics systems into complex projects.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in power electronics technology.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with power electronics systems and develop solutions in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, technical reports, and presentations.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Power Electronics Design And Development.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Power Electronics Components, Circuits, And Systems, Including Analog And Digital Control.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Mil-Std-704 And Do-160.
Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Engineers On Complex Power Electronics Projects.
