  1. Lead the development of advanced power electronics systems for aerospace and defense applications.
  2. Design, develop, and test power electronics components and systems to meet project requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of power electronics systems into complex projects.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
  5. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in power electronics technology.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot issues with power electronics systems and develop solutions in a timely manner.
  7. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, technical reports, and presentations.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all power electronics designs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Power Electronics Design And Development.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Power Electronics Components, Circuits, And Systems, Including Analog And Digital Control.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Mil-Std-704 And Do-160.

  • Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Engineers On Complex Power Electronics Projects.
