  1. Develop and implement testing strategies and plans for complex systems to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical programs.
  2. Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of systems, products, and solutions to verify functionality, performance, and reliability.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  4. Utilize your expertise in engineering principles and practices to design and execute tests.
  5. Analyze and interpret test data, and prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools, and incorporate them into testing processes.
  7. Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures throughout the testing process.
  8. Manage and maintain test equipment and facilities to support testing activities.
  9. Mentor and guide junior test engineers, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and address any issues or concerns.
  11. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, and provide timely and accurate status reports.
  12. Continuously strive to improve testing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Test Engineers.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Pcm Test Engineering, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Pcm Test Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Pcm Testing.
