- Conduct Shearography inspections on advanced aerospace systems and components to ensure quality and reliability.
- Develop and implement comprehensive inspection plans and procedures for Shearography testing.
- Analyze and interpret test results to identify any defects or anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Shearography testing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in Shearography to continuously improve processes and techniques.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians in Shearography testing procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities and results.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Non-Destructive Testing (Ndt) With A Focus On Shearography
Level Iii Certification In Shearography From A Recognized Organization (E.g. Asnt, Nas 410)
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Ndt And Shearography
Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Ndt Technicians And Engineers
