Design and develop mechanical components and systems for aerospace and defense applications.
Conduct thorough analysis and testing to ensure the functionality and reliability of mechanical designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Lead and mentor junior engineers to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously improve designs and processes.
Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support.
Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during the development and testing process.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance overall team performance and productivity.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Engineers.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace And Defense Industry.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Mechanical Design, Analysis, And Testing.
Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Technical Information To Stakeholders.
