  1. Lead and manage the development and implementation of new manufacturing systems and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement in manufacturing systems.
  3. Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
  4. Develop and implement strategic plans for the optimization of manufacturing systems and processes.
  5. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards in the design and implementation of manufacturing systems.
  6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
  7. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in manufacturing systems.
  8. Identify and resolve issues and challenges related to manufacturing systems and processes.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment.
  10. Monitor and evaluate the performance of manufacturing systems and processes, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for manufacturing systems and processes.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to ensure Northrop Grumman remains at the forefront of innovation.
  13. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of manufacturing systems with overall company goals and objectives.
  14. Represent Northrop Grumman in a professional and knowledgeable manner at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  15. Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Manufacturing Systems And Processes.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Engineering, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Various Manufacturing Systems, Including But Not Limited To Process Design, Production Planning, And Quality Control.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Optimizing Manufacturing Processes To Increase Efficiency And Reduce Costs.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments To Drive Continuous Improvement In Manufacturing Operations.
