Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes and systems to support the production of aerospace and defense technologies.
Utilize knowledge and expertise in manufacturing engineering to drive continuous improvement and optimize production efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex manufacturing issues and implement solutions.
Lead projects and initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Stay current on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology, and make recommendations for their integration into current processes.
Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards, regulations, and company policies.
Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
Plan and oversee the implementation of new manufacturing systems and equipment.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including management, engineers, and production workers.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the manufacturing team.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Systems Engineering Role, Preferably In The Aerospace And Defense Industry.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Manufacturing Processes, Systems, And Technologies, Including Six Sigma And Lean Principles.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Efficiency And Continuous Improvement In Manufacturing Operations.
