Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Systems Engineering Role, Preferably In The Aerospace And Defense Industry.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Manufacturing Processes, Systems, And Technologies, Including Six Sigma And Lean Principles.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Efficiency And Continuous Improvement In Manufacturing Operations.
