  6. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

  8. Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
  9. Plan and oversee the implementation of new manufacturing systems and equipment.
  10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including management, engineers, and production workers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Systems Engineering Role, Preferably In The Aerospace And Defense Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Manufacturing Processes, Systems, And Technologies, Including Six Sigma And Lean Principles.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Efficiency And Continuous Improvement In Manufacturing Operations.
