Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing operations.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track and improve manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide guidance and support to production teams on implementing best practices and standard operating procedures.
Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends and root causes of manufacturing issues and develop solutions.
Work closely with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components for production.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to continuously improve processes and systems.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures for reference and compliance purposes.
Train and mentor junior manufacturing analysts to develop their skills and knowledge within the company.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment, Preferably In Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies And Experience With Process Improvement Initiatives.
Proven Experience In Analyzing Complex Manufacturing Processes And Identifying Areas For Optimization And Cost Reduction.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams.
