  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of international trade laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
  2. Monitor and interpret changes in international trade laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Conduct comprehensive internal audits to identify any potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
  4. Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and address potential risks related to international trade compliance.
  5. Collaborate with business units to provide guidance and support in relation to international trade compliance requirements.
  6. Conduct regular training and education sessions for employees to ensure understanding and adherence to international trade compliance policies and procedures.
  7. Analyze and review export and import transactions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  8. Prepare and submit necessary government filings and documentation related to international trade compliance.
  9. Serve as the main point of contact for any international trade compliance inquiries and requests.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all international trade compliance activities.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend process improvements to enhance compliance efforts.
  12. Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  13. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory agencies.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on international trade compliance matters and provide guidance and support to team members.
  15. Uphold a high standard of ethical conduct and integrity in all international trade compliance activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In International Trade Compliance, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, International Trade, Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of U.s. Export Control Regulations, Such As Itar And Ear.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Trade And Customs Regulations, Including Licensing And Documentation Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Government Agencies.
