Develop and implement industrial security policies and procedures to protect company assets and information.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards.
Create and maintain security plans for classified programs and facilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Train and educate employees on security protocols and procedures.
Monitor and investigate security incidents and report findings to management.
Oversee the security clearance process for employees and contractors.
Maintain relationships with government agencies and stay updated on security regulations and requirements.
Conduct security briefings and debriefings for employees.
Manage and maintain security systems and equipment.
Supervise and mentor junior security analysts.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance security measures.
Prepare and submit security clearance paperwork and documentation.
Handle classified material and ensure proper storage, handling, and destruction.
Serve as a point of contact for security inquiries and provide guidance and support to employees and management.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Industrial Security, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Industrial Security, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industrial Security Regulations And Policies, Including Nispom, Jpas, And Dd Form 254.
Experience Conducting Security Audits, Inspections, And Investigations, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Corrective Action Plans.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Government Agencies And Internal Stakeholders.
