  1. Develop and implement efficient and effective industrial engineering strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and drive productivity.
  2. Lead and manage projects related to process improvement, cost reduction, and capacity planning.
  3. Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and technologies that align with business objectives.
  5. Conduct time studies, work sampling, and other data collection methods to establish accurate labor standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Utilize lean and six sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste throughout the manufacturing process.
  7. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Train and mentor junior industrial engineers to enhance their technical skills and support their professional development.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of industrial engineering initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or A Related Field, Such As Manufacturing Engineering Or Operations Management.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Industrial Engineering, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Them In A Production Environment.

  • Proficiency In Industrial Engineering Tools And Software, Such As Process Mapping, Time Studies, And Simulation Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Project Goals.
