- Lead a team of engineers in the development and integration of advanced avionics systems for cutting-edge aircraft.

- Develop and implement avionics design strategies and processes to ensure safe and efficient operation of aircraft.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in avionics technology to continually improve our systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and other departments in the company.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing of avionics systems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the development and integration process.
- Take ownership and responsibility for the overall success of avionics systems for assigned projects.
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers to ensure a high level of technical expertise within the team.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the avionics engineering team.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Avionics Or Aerospace Systems.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Design, Development, And Testing Of Avionics Systems For Large-Scale Aircraft.
Extensive Knowledge Of Avionics Regulations And Standards, Such As Do-178C And Do-254.
Previous Experience Leading A Team Of Engineers And Managing Complex Avionics Projects.
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
