Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Knowledge And Experience In The Full Software Development Lifecycle, Including Requirements Analysis, Design, Implementation, And Testing.
Extensive Experience With Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And/Or Python, As Well As Modern Software Development Tools And Technologies.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Engineers.
