Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Rf And Microwave Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Rf And Microwave Principles, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Designing Complex Rf And Microwave Systems.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Rf And Microwave Design Tools And Techniques, Such As Simulation Software (E.g. Ads, Hfss), Circuit Design, And Rf System Architecture.
Leadership And Project Management Experience: The Principal Engineer Should Have Experience Leading And Managing Large Engineering Teams, As Well As Overseeing Complex Projects And Delivering Them On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Present Technical Information To Clients, And Mentor Junior Engineers.
In-Depth Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Comprehensive Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations For Rf And Microwave Design, Such As Fcc Regulations, Mil-Std Requirements, And Itar Compliance.
