Design and develop complex electrical systems for various projects and programs.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In Electrical Engineering: A Principal Engineer Electrical At Northrop Grumman Should Possess An Advanced Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field. This Demonstrates A Deep Understanding And Knowledge Of Complex Electrical Systems And Their Applications.
Extensive Experience In The Aerospace And Defense Industry: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Working In The Aerospace And Defense Industry. This Experience Should Include Designing And Developing Complex Electrical Systems For Military Applications.
Leadership And Management Skills: As A Principal Engineer, This Role Requires Strong Leadership And Management Skills To Lead A Team Of Engineers And Technicians. Candidates Should Have Experience Managing Projects, Budgets, And Personnel, As Well As The Ability To Mentor And Develop Junior Engineers.
