Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Digital Engineering: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Digital Engineering, With A Focus On Complex Systems And Software Development. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Digital Engineering Principles, Processes, And Tools.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Principal Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Engineers And Overseeing The Development, Implementation, And Maintenance Of Digital Engineering Processes. They Should Have Excellent Leadership, Communication, And Project Management Skills.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Systems Engineering: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Systems Engineering Principles, Including Requirements Management, System Architecture, And Integration And Testing. They Should Be Able To Apply Systems Engineering Approaches To Complex Digital Systems.

  • Proficiency In Digital Tools And Technologies: Northrop Grumman Is At The Forefront Of Digital Engineering, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Working Knowledge Of Digital Tools And Technologies Such As Model-Based Systems Engineering (Mbse), Agile Methodologies, And Devops. Experience With Tools Such As Doors, Rhapsody, And Jira Is Highly Desirable.

  • A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering: The Candidate Should Have A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Engineering Field, Such As Electrical, Computer, Or Systems Engineering. A Ph.d. In A Related Field Is A Plus. Additionally, Professional Certifications In Digital Engineering, Such As Incose Csep Or Ocsmp, Are Highly Desirable.
