Lead the digital engineering efforts at Northrop Grumman, ensuring that our technology and innovation remain at the forefront of our work.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital engineering solutions that support our mission of advancing global security and defense.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in digital engineering, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes and capabilities.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in digital engineering techniques and best practices.

Extensive Technical Expertise: The Principal Engineer-Digital Should Have A Strong Background In Digital Engineering, Including In-Depth Knowledge Of Hardware And Software Design, Development, And Integration.
Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Engineers, Set Project Goals And Objectives, And Provide Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Engineers.
Problem-Solving Abilities: A Successful Principal Engineer-Digital Should Possess Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills To Identify And Solve Complex Technical Issues Effectively.
