  1. Design and develop innovative packaging solutions for advanced electronic systems.

  13. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all packaging designs and testing results.
  14. Attend relevant conferences and training to stay updated on new technologies and advancements in electronics packaging.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Electronics Packaging Design And Development.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Electronics Packaging, Such As Mil-Std-810 And Ipc-A-610.

  • Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Engineers To Successfully Deliver Complex Electronics Packaging Projects.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
