Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Electronics Packaging Design And Development.
Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices In Electronics Packaging, Including Mil-Std-810, Ipc-2221, And Asme Y14.5.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee And Mentor A Team Of Engineers.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Other Teams And Stakeholders.
