  2. Conduct thorough analysis of packaging requirements, including cost, performance, and reliability.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging designs are aligned with overall system requirements and standards.
  4. Lead and manage the packaging development process, including design reviews, testing, and validation.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electronic packaging technology to continuously improve designs.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test plans.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any packaging-related issues during the development and production phases.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on packaging design principles and best practices.
  10. Communicate progress and results to project stakeholders, including managers and clients.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve packaging processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  12. Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to select and evaluate packaging vendors and suppliers.
  13. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  14. Represent the company as a subject matter expert in electronic packaging at conferences, events, and industry meetings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Electronics Packaging Design And Development.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices In Electronics Packaging, Including Mil-Std-810, Ipc-2221, And Asme Y14.5.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee And Mentor A Team Of Engineers.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Other Teams And Stakeholders.
