  1. Manage and oversee the administration of contracts for our aerospace and defense projects.
  2. Ensure that all contracts are compliant with company policies, as well as federal and state regulations.
  3. Work closely with project managers and other team members to develop and review contract requirements and deliverables.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of contract terms and conditions, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions.
  5. Collaborate with legal and finance departments to review and negotiate contract terms.
  6. Monitor contract performance and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  7. Track and manage contract changes, including amendments, extensions, and terminations.
  8. Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve any contract-related issues or disputes.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
  10. Provide guidance and support to other team members on contract-related matters.
  11. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to contract administration.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding contract status and performance.
  14. Represent the company in contract negotiations and meetings with clients and vendors.
  15. Uphold the company's values and mission while representing the company to clients and vendors.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Contract Administration Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal Acquisition Regulations (Far) And Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (Dfar).

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Negotiating Complex Contracts, Including Cost Analysis And Pricing Strategies.
