- Represent the training department in meetings and present training updates to leadership.

Bachelor’s Degree In Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs For Operations Personnel.
Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience With Learning Management Systems And E-Learning Authoring Tools.
