Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure efficient and timely completion of all operations projects.
Oversee the planning and scheduling of projects, ensuring that tasks are assigned and completed according to established timelines.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management, identifying any potential delays or issues and offering solutions to keep projects on track.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Utilize project management tools and techniques to manage resources, budget, and risks effectively.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization and implementing solutions to streamline project workflows.
Communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, team members, and clients.
Mentor and train project team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to meet project requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to the development of new project management methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance overall project performance.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Project Planning, Budgeting, And Resource Allocation.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
