  1. Lead and manage a team of individuals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their professional growth and development.

  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  11. Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve optimal results.
  12. Create and deliver presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, providing updates on operations and performance.

  14. Mentor and train team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and building relationships with potential partners and clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Employees.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Safety Protocols, Such As Iso And Osha Standards.
