  1. Utilize expertise in NDT methods and techniques to ensure the quality and reliability of products.
  2. Conduct NDT inspections and tests on various materials and components.
  3. Analyze and interpret NDT results to identify any defects or flaws.
  4. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement NDT processes and procedures.
  5. Review and evaluate NDT procedures and equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of NDT inspections and results.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or problems with NDT equipment.
  8. Train and mentor junior NDT technicians on proper techniques and procedures.
  9. Stay up-to-date with advancements in NDT technology and techniques.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of NDT tasks.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing NDT inspections.
  12. Participate in quality assurance audits and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure NDT requirements are met.
  14. Provide technical support and expertise to other departments as needed.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Certified By The American Society For Nondestructive Testing (Asnt) In At Least Two Ndt Methods.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Performing Ndt Inspections On Aerospace Or Defense Systems.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations For Ndt, Including As9100 And Mil-Std-2132.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Evaluate Ndt Results Accurately.
