
Non-Destructive Test Technician

- Perform non-destructive tests on materials and components using various techniques such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant methods
- Ensure all testing procedures are followed accurately and in compliance with company and industry standards
- Analyze and interpret test results, identify any defects or abnormalities, and make recommendations for further testing or corrective actions
- Maintain detailed records of test results and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling and testing potentially hazardous materials
- Keep all testing equipment and tools in good working condition, perform regular calibrations and maintenance as needed
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline testing processes and procedures
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in non-destructive testing techniques and technologies
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, providing updates and progress reports on assigned tasks and projects.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field
Certification In Non-Destructive Testing Methods Such As Ultrasonic, Radiographic, Magnetic Particle, Or Liquid Penetrant Testing
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Non-Destructive Testing In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Environment
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Non-Destructive Testing, Such As Asnt And Nas-410
Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data And Test Results.
