As a Non-Destructive Test Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various non-destructive tests on a variety of materials and components to ensure quality and safety standards are met.   • Perform non-destructive tests on materials and components using various techniques such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant methods
  • Ensure all testing procedures are followed accurately and in compliance with company and industry standards
  • Analyze and interpret test results, identify any defects or abnormalities, and make recommendations for further testing or corrective actions
  • Maintain detailed records of test results and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling and testing potentially hazardous materials
  • Keep all testing equipment and tools in good working condition, perform regular calibrations and maintenance as needed
  • Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline testing processes and procedures
  • Stay current with industry developments and advancements in non-destructive testing techniques and technologies
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, providing updates and progress reports on assigned tasks and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Certification In Non-Destructive Testing Methods Such As Ultrasonic, Radiographic, Magnetic Particle, Or Liquid Penetrant Testing

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Non-Destructive Testing In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Environment

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Non-Destructive Testing, Such As Asnt And Nas-410

  • Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data And Test Results.
