As a Non-Destructive Test Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various non-destructive tests on a variety of materials and components to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Perform non-destructive tests on materials and components using various techniques such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant methods
Ensure all testing procedures are followed accurately and in compliance with company and industry standards
Analyze and interpret test results, identify any defects or abnormalities, and make recommendations for further testing or corrective actions
Maintain detailed records of test results and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies
Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling and testing potentially hazardous materials
Keep all testing equipment and tools in good working condition, perform regular calibrations and maintenance as needed
Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline testing processes and procedures
Stay current with industry developments and advancements in non-destructive testing techniques and technologies
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, providing updates and progress reports on assigned tasks and projects.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field
Certification In Non-Destructive Testing Methods Such As Ultrasonic, Radiographic, Magnetic Particle, Or Liquid Penetrant Testing
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Non-Destructive Testing In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Environment
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Non-Destructive Testing, Such As Asnt And Nas-410
Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data And Test Results.
