Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Engineering Or A Related Field Is Essential For A Non-Destructive Test Technician At Northrop Grumman. This Provides The Necessary Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Materials And Processes Required For The Role.
Certification In Non-Destructive Testing (Ndt): Northrop Grumman Typically Requires Candidates To Possess Certification In At Least Two Methods Of Ndt, Such As Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, Or Eddy Current Testing. This Demonstrates A High Level Of Proficiency In The Field And Ensures That The Technician Is Capable Of Performing Accurate And Reliable Tests.

This Involves The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Sound Decisions Based On Technical Knowledge And Experience.
