Conduct non-destructive tests and inspections on materials and components according to established procedures and industry standards.
Perform visual, mechanical, and electronic tests to identify potential defects or irregularities.
Accurately record test results and maintain detailed documentation for quality control purposes.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies found during testing.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
Operate and maintain testing equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
Continuously improve and optimize testing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Assist in the development and implementation of new testing methods and procedures.
Stay updated on industry advancements and changes in non-destructive testing techniques.
Communicate any concerns or issues with product quality to management and work towards finding solutions.
Train and mentor new Non-Destructive Test Technicians as needed.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Demonstrate professionalism and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Certification In Non-Destructive Testing Techniques Such As Ultrasonic, Radiographic, Magnetic Particle, Or Liquid Penetrant Testing.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Performing Non-Destructive Tests In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Non-Destructive Testing.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Test Results Accurately.
