- Conduct non-destructive tests and inspections on materials and components according to established procedures and industry standards.
- Perform visual, mechanical, and electronic tests to identify potential defects or irregularities.
- Accurately record test results and maintain detailed documentation for quality control purposes.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies found during testing.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- Operate and maintain testing equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Continuously improve and optimize testing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new testing methods and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and changes in non-destructive testing techniques.
- Communicate any concerns or issues with product quality to management and work towards finding solutions.
- Train and mentor new Non-Destructive Test Technicians as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Demonstrate professionalism and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.
A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Certification In Non-Destructive Testing Techniques Such As Ultrasonic, Radiographic, Magnetic Particle, Or Liquid Penetrant Testing.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Performing Non-Destructive Tests In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Non-Destructive Testing.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Test Results Accurately.
