  1. Perform non-destructive tests on materials and components to ensure safety and reliability of products.
  2. Follow established protocols and procedures for conducting non-destructive tests.
  3. Prepare and maintain testing equipment and tools.
  4. Analyze and interpret test results, and report any anomalies or defects.
  5. Work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot any issues and provide technical support.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all testing activities and results.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new non-destructive testing techniques.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while carrying out testing procedures.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve testing processes and procedures.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  11. Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  12. Stay organized and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Non-Destructive Testing Methods: Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of A Variety Of Non-Destructive Testing Techniques, Such As Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, And Liquid Penetrant Testing.

  • Certification In Non-Destructive Testing: Northrop Grumman May Require Candidates To Possess Relevant Certifications From Organizations Such As The American Society For Nondestructive Testing (Asnt) Or The National Aerospace Ndt Board (Nandtb).

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: A Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Non-Destructive Testing, Such As Astm, Asme, And Nadcap, Is Important For Ensuring Compliance And Quality Control.

  • Experience With Testing Equipment And Software: Candidates Should Be Familiar With A Variety Of Non-Destructive Testing Equipment And Software, And Have The Ability To Troubleshoot And Maintain Them.

  • Attention To Detail And Strong Analytical Skills: Non-Destructive Testing Requires A High Level Of Precision And Accuracy, So Candidates Should Possess Strong Attention To Detail And Analytical Skills To Interpret Test Results And Identify Potential Defects.
