  • Conduct non-destructive inspections on various components and structures to identify potential defects
  • Use a variety of techniques such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and visual inspection to thoroughly examine products
  • Follow established procedures and specifications to ensure consistency and accuracy in inspections
  • Communicate any findings or concerns to the appropriate individuals, including engineers and supervisors
  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the inspection process
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and techniques to continuously improve inspection methods
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
  • Train and mentor new or junior inspectors as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification In Non-Destructive Testing (Ndt): Candidates Should Hold A Valid Certification In One Or More Ndt Methods, Such As Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, Or Magnetic Particle Testing.

  • Knowledge Of Ndt Techniques And Equipment: A Strong Understanding Of Ndt Principles And Experience Working With A Variety Of Ndt Equipment Is Essential For This Role.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Ndt, Such As Asnt Snt-Tc-1A Or Nas-410.

  • Attention To Detail And Accuracy: Non-Destructive Inspectors Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Accurately Interpret Test Results And Identify Potential Defects.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: This Role Requires Regular Communication With Team Members And Other Departments, As Well As The Ability To Work Collaboratively On Projects. Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills Are A Must.
