Maintain and optimize the company's network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
Monitor network performance and proactively identify and address potential problems.
Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and make recommendations for implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.
Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
Develop and maintain network policies, procedures, and documentation.
Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary measures to ensure network security.
Manage network equipment and software, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Evaluate and recommend new network hardware and software to improve efficiency and performance.
Train and mentor junior network administrators.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in network administration.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and status reports.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and maintenance.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and compliance requirements.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Network Administration, Preferably In A Large Enterprise Environment.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Network Protocols, Hardware, And Software, Including Cisco, Juniper, And Palo Alto.
Experience With Network Security, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Access Controls.
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Network Issues And Implement Effective Solutions.
