  1. Develop and implement multilayer processes and materials for advanced electronic systems.
  2. Optimize multilayer processes to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of products.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify new materials and processes that can improve product performance and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new process solutions.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve process issues to ensure smooth production operations.
  6. Monitor and analyze process data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in multilayer processes and materials.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on process techniques and best practices.
  10. Participate in design reviews and provide expertise on material selection and process capabilities.
  11. Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  12. Communicate regularly with management and other stakeholders to provide updates on process improvements and project status.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate new materials and processes.
  14. Stay current with relevant regulations and ensure compliance in all process activities.
  15. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Multilayer And Material Processes

  • Strong Knowledge Of Material Properties And Their Impact On Manufacturing Processes

  • Experience With Design And Implementation Of Process Improvements

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment And Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams.
