Design and develop advanced models and simulations for defense technology using expertise in engineering and computer science.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of critical defense programs.
Conduct thorough analysis and testing of models and simulations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in modeling and simulation to continuously improve and innovate our processes.
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables, and provide regular updates on progress.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the development and implementation of models and simulations.
Adhere to strict quality and security standards to ensure that all models and simulations are of the highest caliber.
Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Contribute to the growth and development of the modeling and simulation team by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the modeling and simulation process.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Such As Mathematics Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Modeling And Simulation, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.
Strong Proficiency In Modeling And Simulation Software, Such As Matlab, Simulink, Or Ansys.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Best Practices For Modeling And Simulation, Including Dod Modeling & Simulation Management And Support (Msms) Guidelines.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
