  1. Develop and implement project plans for assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new products and systems.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  5. Communicate project updates and progress to management and other stakeholders.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  7. Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
  8. Monitor project performance and make adjustments to ensure successful completion.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and technological advancements to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  10. Act as a mentor to junior engineers and support their professional development.
  11. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  12. Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
  13. Conduct testing and evaluations to validate project performance and functionality.
  14. Participate in meetings, presentations, and conferences to represent the company and promote its products and services.
  15. Embody and promote a culture of safety, quality, and excellence within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Aerospace Engineering

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Project Engineering Or Related Field

  • Knowledge Of Mls (Multi-Level Secure) Systems And Their Implementation

  • Experience With Project Management Tools And Techniques, Such As Scheduling, Budgeting, And Risk Management

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And With Various Stakeholders.
