Develop and implement quality processes to ensure the successful execution of missions.
Monitor and maintain the quality of all phases of projects, including design, development, testing, and delivery.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Conduct thorough reviews and audits to ensure all processes and procedures are in compliance with company standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate quality requirements and standards to team members and stakeholders.
Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain documentation of quality processes and procedures.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
Mentor and train team members on quality processes and procedures.
Participate in customer meetings and reviews to address quality concerns and provide solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's mission assurance practices.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Mission Assurance Or Systems Engineering
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Mission Assurance, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100
Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Experience Implementing Risk Management Processes
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
