1. Ensure the quality, reliability, and safety of all Northrop Grumman products and services.

10. Serve as a key point of contact for customers and provide support during audits and inspections.
11. Collaborate with program managers to ensure mission assurance requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
12. Lead investigations into product or process failures and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure their products meet quality and reliability standards.
14. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of mission assurance activities.
15. Provide regular reports and updates on mission assurance activities to senior management.
