  1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes for microelectronic systems in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize microelectronic systems for production.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential improvements in manufacturing processes and techniques.
  4. Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing procedures and specifications.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the production process.
  6. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in all stages of production.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Microelectronics Manufacturing Environment.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Design And Layout Of Microelectronic Circuits.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes, Including Lithography, Etching, And Packaging.

  • Experience With Quality Control Processes And Techniques For Ensuring High Yield And Reliability In Microelectronic Components.
