Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects and delivery of high-quality solutions for our customers.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to engineers in the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
Monitor and review project progress and identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage and prioritize workload for the engineering team, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with project deliverables.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation within the team.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to promote growth and development.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Engineering Tools.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Engineering, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations.
Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Project Management Skills.
