Design and develop mechanical systems and components for aerospace and defense projects.
Conduct thorough analysis and testing to ensure the functionality and reliability of mechanical systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components with other systems.
Utilize CAD software to create detailed and accurate designs.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry advancements to incorporate new technologies into designs.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues or problems that arise during the design and testing process.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines.
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to convey design concepts, test results, and recommendations.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through innovation and optimization.
Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and promote a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Comply with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited University.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Industry-Specific Design Tools.
Strong Understanding Of Mechanical Principles And Ability To Design And Analyze Complex Systems.
Experience With Project Management And Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
