Lead and manage a team of mechanical design engineers to develop and deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients.
Drive innovation and push the boundaries of engineering to provide the most advanced solutions.
Utilize your expertise and knowledge of mechanical design to guide and mentor team members.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Develop and implement design processes and best practices to ensure high-quality and efficient outputs.
Collaborate with project managers to set project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical design to continuously improve team capabilities.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Design Engineering, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Proficient In Cad Software Such As Solidworks Or Creo, As Well As Other Design And Analysis Tools.
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Materials, Including Experience With Design For Manufacturability And Cost.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team To Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.
