  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers and scientists in the design, development, and testing of MDA hardware and systems for missile defense applications.

  12. Act as a key point of contact for all MDA hardware and sciences engineering-related matters within the organization.
  13. Create and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholders to communicate project status and results.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Hardware And Sciences Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hardware Engineering Principles, Including Design, Development, Testing, And Integration.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, As Well As The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
