Perform hands-on technical tasks related to the production of aerospace technology, such as assembling, testing, and troubleshooting components and systems.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Maintain and operate specialized equipment and tools necessary for the production process.
Conduct quality checks and inspections on products to ensure they meet the company's high standards.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
Keep accurate records of production processes and any changes or modifications made.
Continuously monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in aerospace technology.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to provide updates on production progress and any potential issues.

Job Qualifications

Experience With Operating And Troubleshooting Complex Manufacturing Equipment And Machinery.
