  1. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products.

  11. Communicate effectively with team members, engineers, and management to ensure smooth production flow.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
  14. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
  15. Participate in company-wide initiatives and contribute to a positive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Such As Cnc Machining, Welding, And Assembly.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Including Iso And As9100.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Production Issues.
