  1. Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  2. Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot any issues with production processes.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and methods that can enhance our manufacturing capabilities.
  5. Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  6. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for production.
  7. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  8. Train and mentor production staff on new processes and procedures to ensure proper implementation and adherence to quality standards.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve safety protocols and procedures in the manufacturing environment.
  10. Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices to ensure our manufacturing processes remain at the forefront of innovation.
  11. Participate in project planning and provide input on the manufacturability of new products and designs.
  12. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any production issues.
  13. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet all specifications and standards.
  14. Maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to manufacturing processes.
  15. Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to increase overall efficiency and profitability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Manufacturing Process Engineering

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With 3D Modeling And Simulation

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Manufacturing Processes, Such As Iso And As9100.
