Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new and existing products to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze and improve current manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
Utilize engineering principles and techniques to develop and improve manufacturing methods.
Conduct feasibility and cost studies for new manufacturing processes and equipment.
Design and implement process controls and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during manufacturing processes.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to continuously improve processes.
Train and mentor production personnel on new processes and equipment.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to manufacturing processes and projects.
Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations in the manufacturing environment.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation.
Contribute to the overall success of the company by providing expertise in manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Engineering Within The Aerospace And Defense Industry
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Manufacturing Process Simulation Tools
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements
Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Specifications, And Experience With Root Cause Analysis And Corrective Action Processes.
