Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Engineering Within The Aerospace And Defense Industry
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Manufacturing Process Simulation Tools
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements
Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Specifications, And Experience With Root Cause Analysis And Corrective Action Processes.
